I started woodturning twelve years ago after watching a craftsman turn a vase in his studio. I love the tactile feel of wood and design my work to make the most of the natural grain. The wood I use comes from sustainable sources, with some pieces locally grown. Alongside my wood turnings, I also create quilts and fabric bags that are colourful and individual.
